"I’ve been an Allstate policyholder for 25+ years. And although I was very happy with the service from my agent, I wasn’t too happy with all the rate increases. I called Steve Botkin’s State Farm office and I spoke to a very pleasant woman by the name of Ceren. She gave me an apples to apples quote, which was $80 less than I was paying for six months. Out of loyalty, I stood with Allstate for another six month pound. When I called Ceren up to tell him I was staying with Allstate. She was very professional and wished me luck and asked me if It would Ok for her to follow up in the future.. I said yes, and she just recently called me and said they have had three price reductions. She saved me $260 over a six month period. She was very accommodating and made everything very easy. I highly recommend that anyone should take 15 minutes of their time and call Ceren ."
